  • Do you Travel? 

  • Yes, absolutely! We will not charge a travel fee within an hour commute from Clovis CA.

  • Further than an hour commute from Clovis CA? We will work with our clients to fit their budget to make sure that all parties are getting value for the additional travel expenses.

  • What is your cancellation policy? 

  • We would hate to lose any client for any reason, but we understand that life happens and unforeseen events occur. That being said here, is our policy for cancellations: 

    • +6 months before event date 100% refunded  

    • 5-3 months, 75% refunded 

    • 2 to 1 month 25% Refunded 

    • 1 month or less 0% will be refunded 

    • All customized items, (drink toppers, glassware, straws, etc) will have a NO REFUND policy, as the items are made specifically for the client.   

  • Can I customize the bar?  

  • Please do,!! that is our business model. We want everything from the bar to the glasses, to drinks all customized to your liking. We love the ideas that everyone brings and we strive hard to make them come to life.  

  • What do you do with the Alcohol after the event? 

  • The alcohol belongs to the clients, so we would coordinate a location for the remaining alcohol to be stocked where the client dictates.  

  • Do you have a pricing sheet? 

  • We don’t have a pricing sheet. Every event is unique and individual to the client; therefore, our pricing is too. Some clients want longer service, some want shorter, more people, less people, etc. We feel that we should be as customizable as the event, when it comes to pricing. 

  • Do you provide glassware? 

  • Yes, we have plastic disposable cups in various sizes. If the client requests actual glassware, we can arrange for that to be accommodated.  

  • Are you licensed, Insured & Certified? 

  • Absolutely! The Pour House is fully licensed to do business within the state and city of Fresno/Clovis. We carry full Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance. All of our Bartenders will be up to date and certified with Responsible Beverage Service Certifications and Food & Beverage Cards. All documentation available upon request. 

  • Who does setup and breakdown? 

  • Our Staff will do all the prep work, setup, breakdown and cleanup, it’s all included in the price. 

  • What will I need to provide? 

  • All the client is responsible for is the Alcohol needed for the event. Our dedicated staff will help guide and create a list, and fire extinguisher because that dance floor is going to be on fire! Everything else we got covered.
